Legal Cashier

Beyond Talent Solutions is supporting an established Leeds-basedlegal firm in the search for an experienced Legal Cashier to jointheir finance team on an intiial 3-6 month fixed-term contract.This opportunity would suit someone who has previous legalcashiering experience and can quickly become a valued member ofthe team, supporting day-to-day finance operations whilemaintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance. The Role Working as part of a supportive finance function, you''ll beresponsible for a broad range of legal cashiering duties,including: Processing client and office account transactions Bank reconciliations and account balancing Handling payments, receipts and cash allocations Supporting billing and month-end processes Responding to finance and cashiering queries Investigating and resolving discrepancies Maintaining accurate financial records Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and internalprocedures Providing wider finance support when required About You We''re keen to speak with candidates who have: Previous Legal Cashier experience A strong understanding of client and office accounts Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative approachMost importantly, you''ll be someone who can hit the groundrunning, work confidently with minimal supervision and make animmediate contribution to the team.
