Legal Business Support Officer Hourly Rate: £25 per hour PAYE Location: Heywood, OL10 Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Initial full-time office attendance, then 3 days per week in office) Length of role: Initial 5 months Join the Environmental Management team at Rochdale Borough Council as a Business Support Officer. This role is crucial in supporting the Property Litigation and Social Care teams. Previous experience in producing court bundles would be advantageous but is not essential. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role: Assist the Business and Technical Support Manager in managing and delivering the Business and Technical Support Unit''s services. Coordinate and ensure compliance with the Environmental Management Business Calendar, addressing exceptions and variances. Support the Head of Service in managing Service Level Agreements, Contracts, and customer communications. Contribute to report writing, arranging and facilitating meetings, and minute-taking. Maintain and update the EM Business Management folders and calendars. Engage in research and benchmarking to inform managers of best practices and technical developments. Provide a high-quality administration service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
