Legal Biller 17per hourFull time temporary till the end of AugustCity of London with mainly remote working. 2 days in the London office for trainingTate are supporting a leading Law Firm with the search for an experienced Legal Biller who can join the team on an immediately basis the end of August. This role plays an important part in supporting accurate billing activity, ensuring consistent processes that help the wider finance function deliver a smooth and reliable service.The ideal candidate will be available immediate due to the temporary nature of the assignmentYour main responsibilities will include:Processing billing from fee earning departmentsManaging payment of counsel fees in line with Solicitors Accounts RulesRaising billing queries with teamsAdding Purchase Order numbers and issuing updated billsSupporting credit control with client billing questionsMaintaining accurate billing records and organised filing systemsSkills and experience:Two years billing experience within a law firmStrong understanding of billing processes and fee structuresExcellent accuracy, organisation and communication If you are an immediate Legal Biller looking for an interim role - please apply directly to the advert!Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
