Legal Biller

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Biller to join its established Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a billing professional with strong legal billing expertise who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will take ownership of the billing process for designated practice groups, ensuring the accurate and timely production of invoices while supporting the firm''s wider working capital and revenue objectives. The Opportunity This role sits within a high-performing finance function and offers exposure to complex billing arrangements, international stakeholders and sophisticated financial processes. The position requires an individual who can build strong relationships with partners and fee earners while delivering an exceptional billing service. Please note that proven experience within legal billing and strong Elite 3E system knowledge are essential requirements for this position. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end billing process for a portfolio of partners and fee earners. Produce accurate and timely client invoices in line with agreed billing schedules and client requirements. Review work in progress and coordinate billing activity to support revenue generation and working capital performance.
