Legal Assistant - Residential Property Location: Winchester Salary: c 23,700pa depending on experienceOur client is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to join their Residential Property team. This role offers the opportunity to provide vital administrative support while becoming an integral member of a highly regarded team. Working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.Key Responsibilities:Perform general office administration, including file management, billing, payment processing, and drafting correspondence.Assist secretaries with dictation and document preparation.Organise diaries, schedule meetings, and manage telephone enquiries.Draft, proofread, and review legal documents and reports.Maintain and organise case files efficiently.Respond to correspondence from clients, other firms, and agents.Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including exchange of contracts and completions.Handle post-completion processes, including lodging AP1 forms and monitoring requisitions.Candidate Requirements:Confident IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Commercial awareness and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the firm.Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to develop their ..... full job details .....
