Are you looking for an opportunity to join a busy and established property team where you can develop your experience across a range of residential property matters? We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant - Property to join a busy conveyancing team based in Otley. This is a full-time, transactional role suited to someone with previous experience supporting residential property matters and who is confident working across different stages of the conveyancing process. Working closely with the solicitor responsible for each matter, you will be delegated specific tasks across residential property transactions. Key Responsibilities as Legal Assistant - Property: Provide administrative and transactional support across a busy residential conveyancing team Assist with the opening and setting up of new property files Carry out property searches and assist with associated conveyancing requirements Undertake relevant HM Land Registry tasks and maintain accurate records Support solicitors with pre-completion and post-completion processes Complete delegated tasks across residential property matters accurately and within required timescales Maintain and update case management systems and ensure information is recorded accurately Communicate effectively with ..... full job details .....
