Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Southwark Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Legal Assistant this role will be based at: SE1 2QH Hybrid Working The right candidate will: Southwark Council are seeking an individual who can help with the Buy Back 50 Project. Responsibilities; Draft an Agreement Deed of Surrender Can carry the file through from start to finish Complete SDLT and HM Land Registry applications.
