We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant with specific experience gained within residential property. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent, reputable law firm based in Exeter.-

Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

• You will actively support Lawyers with their busy and varied caseloads covering primarily-residential property work-
• You will obtain and review title documents, submit searches and report on search results, deal with Companies House registrations, Land Registry applications etc
• You will draft-legal documentation-
• You will liaise with clients and third parties via telephone, email and letters

Paralegal Requirements:

• You will have at least 6 months'' experience working as a Legal Assistant
• You will have specific residential property experience or even commercial property experience and looking to move into residential property
• You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a busy and highly skilled team
• You will have the ability to work to-deadlines and able to-prioritise your workload
