This is a key career-graded role designed to support HB Public Law by carrying out legal work and developing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge practice management processes.This role ill be in the Adults Social Care Team, supporting a team of lawyers dealing with Adult Social Care matters, including Court of Protection applications and hearings and advice in respect of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act. Legal assistants will have their own case load of matters to work under supervision.The successful candidate will play a central role in conducting a significant caseload across several legal specialisms.
