Assist with legal documentation, governance papers, agendas, and accurate minute-taking. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and co-ordinate team priorities. Monitor and report on legal spend and time allocation. Maintain records management systems and ensure compliance with internal policies. Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to gather information and respond to legal queries. Prepare written responses and support communications, templates, and updates.
