You will provide commercially driven legal advice across regulatory matters and commercial contracts, acting as a key partner to the wider organisation including sales, product and senior management. A global mindset and collaborative approach are essential to success in this role.The RoleYou will report into the Head of Legal and Regulatory based in Stockholm and work closely with colleagues across London, India, New York and Israel.Regulatory ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day regulatory matters across the UK, US, EU and APACAdvising on the legal and regulatory implications of new products and servicesPreparing and submitting licensing applications and regulatory correspondenceMonitoring regulatory developments and driving implementation across the businessFiling notifications and submissions with regulatory authorities within prescribed deadlinesSupporting regulatory audits by coordinating information across internal teamsDrafting responses to regulatory consultationsMaintaining an up-to-date tracker and repository of regulatory adviceContract ResponsibilitiesDrafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including client contracts, service agreements, data and licensing contracts, confidentiality agreements, intragroup agreements and information security addendumsUpdating contracts to reflect ..... full job details .....
