Legal and Compliance Officer

Role: Legal and Compliance Officer Location: LutonHours: Monday to Friday, 22.5 - 30 hours a week (3 / 4 days a week)Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experienceHybrid / 6 Month Contract, with the opportunity to go permanentAn excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Legal and Compliance Officer to join a well-established client based in Luton.Duties of a Legal and Compliance Officer:Provide legal advice and manage contractsIdentify and mitigate contractual risksEnsure adherence to legal requirements and directivesNegotiate contracts and resolve disputesStructure and manage collaborationsHandle terms for new business proposalsMaintain contract recordsAttend key business meetingsMaintain client and supplier relationshipsWhat we would like from you:5+ years in legal contracts management in commercial legal and contracts departments reviewing / drafting of prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, framework agreements.Experience in downstream and upstream flow down of contractual terms in medium or/and large projects and experience in drafting / reviewing NDAs Strong relationship builder and communication skillsAttention to detailProven integrity and ability to work under pressureExcellent interpersonal, communication, reporting and presenting skillsIf you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.BEDFORDPERMBy applying to this job advertisement, you confirm you have read and understood our and give OA Group authorisation to hold ..... full job details .....
