      <description>Location: Northampton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal advice and support across a charity. This role involves ensuring compliance with legislation and sector best practice, and advising directors and senior leadership on regulatory and compliance matters. Day-to-day of the role:  Manage a caseload of commercial property matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and leases. Conduct legal due diligence and title investigations. Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice. Advise on the legal risk and potential mitigations in commercial relationships with suppliers including tenders, contracts, and disputes. Update and manage the contract management database. Provide professional legal advice and support in relation to all property transactions and miscellaneous property issues. Support and advise internal teams in relation to major property projects.
