Legal Administrator
Location: Solihull
Salary: £12.71
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and organised Legal Administrator to join a thriving team based in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to fee earners and legal professionals.
- Managing and updating client files and records.
- Using case management systems to maintain accurate case information.
- Preparing correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and post.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with data management.
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries where required.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic spreadsheet functions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience using legal or professional services case management systems.
- Knowledge of legal office procedures.
