We currently have an opportunity for a legal administrator to work with an aerospace sector client based in Wolverhampton. The post holder will provide support in review of contracts, annotation of changes and providing a concise summary of counter requests, risk etc. Key Responsibilities Provide legal and contract support on contracts and legal documents including providing support on the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, execution, and post-execution tracking. Assist in reviewing, redlining, and formatting contracts, subcontracts, service agreements, and project correspondence. Support contract governance processes, including contract intake, approval workflows, execution, and documentation in accordance with internal policies. Assist in identifying key contractual terms, deviations, and risk areas, escalating issues to senior legal team members as appropriate.
