Description
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals across a variety of casework.
- Prepare, proofread and format legal documentation and correspondence.
- Compile and manage digital and paper document bundles.
- Attend meetings and hearings, taking accurate notes and minutes.
- Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain case management systems, trackers and records.
- Create, organise and maintain confidential case files.
- Process invoices and purchase orders and assist with financial tracking.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Support document retention, information management and compliance processes.
