We are working with an established legal firm with a reputation for delivering outstanding client service and practical, innovative solutions. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our clients legal team. This is a varied role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Conveyancy experience would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence. Maintain and update case management systems and legal records. Organise meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel when required. Assist with court filings, document bundles, and compliance checks. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring efficient communication flow. Perform general office administration, including general conveyancy work About You: Previous administrative experience (legal sector experience desirable preferably 6 months +) Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar, and document formatting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
