Role Overview: The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Legacy Stewardship Manager role. This is a strategic position focusing on cultivating high-value relationships, enhancing stewardship programmes, and increasing engagement among high-net-worth individuals to support organisational growth and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive relationship-building strategies for high-value donors and pledgers. Deliver personalised stewardship across multiple channels, including tailored communications, events, and bespoke touchpoints. Identify and maximise opportunities for donor engagement, ensuring the timely and meaningful recognition of legacy pledges and commitments. Collaborate with fundraising and partnerships teams to deepen donor relationships and foster long-term loyalty. Manage a portfolio of high-value pledges, proactively maintaining contact and providing bespoke updates to supporters. Organise and run exclusive events and touchpoints that surprise and delight donors, fostering continued engagement. Track and report on stewardship activities, analysing engagement levels and identifying potential areas for growth. Maintain high emotional intelligence to adapt approaches based on individual donor needs and preferences.
