Working within well-equipped workshops, you will deliver engaging teaching and training across a range of Motor Vehicle programmes, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for successful careers in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality practical and theory-based lessons in Motor Vehicle subjects. Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning resources. Assess student progress through practical observations, assignments, and portfolio evidence. Provide constructive feedback and support students to achieve their full potential. Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships, qualifications, and industry expectations. Monitor attendance, punctuality, engagement, and academic progress. Support students with individual learning needs and work collaboratively with support teams. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
