Lecturer - Motor Vehicle

Are you an experienced Lecturer in Motor Vehicle or a skilled Motor Mechanic keen to share your skills and knowledge with others? If so, this could be the role for you! Here at Carshalton College, we are looking for a Lecturer to teach and assess on a range of Motor Vehicle courses. You will act as a tutor for a group or groups of students and take responsibility for monitoring progress and developing individual learning plans. About You A fully qualified Motor Mechanic with a Level 3 qualification as a minimum. Experience of working in the Motor Vehicle industry. Experience of teaching and assessing Motor Vehicle practices in a teaching and learning environment or in the workplace. Experience of providing effective support to students or other individuals. Demonstrable ability to teach at a level appropriate to the students and in a way that recognises their different learning abilities.
