The Lecturer in Uniformed Protective Services role: Blackpool and The Fylde College (BandFC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in Uniformed Protective Services. Key Responsibilities of our Lecturer in Uniformed Protective Services: As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure outstanding teaching and learning experiences for students. Specific duties will include: Delivering inclusive and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. Assisting with curriculum design, development, and quality improvement. Monitoring and supporting student recruitment, progress, achievement, and progression. Using BandFC systems (e.g. VLE, progress tracking) to enable student success. Participating in recruitment activities such as interviews, open days, and events. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and effective pedagogies.
