Our Pathways programmes are designed to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and additional learning needs to develop the skills, confidence and independence required for adulthood, employment, further education and community participation. As a Bank Lecturer, you will be part of a pool of staff who can be called upon to provide both short-term and longer-term teaching cover, as well as support the expansion of provision and new opportunities that arise throughout the academic year.
