Lecturer in Pathways (SEND and Inclusive Learning) (Variable Hours) Location: Trowbridge Salary: Unqualified: £21.13 per hour plus holiday pay Qualified: £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay Our client is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Bank Lecturers to support our Pathways provision on an as-needed basis. Our Pathways programmes are designed to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and additional learning needs to develop the skills, confidence and independence required for adulthood, employment, further education and community participation. As a Bank Lecturer, you will be part of a pool of staff who can be called upon to provide both short-term and longer-term teaching cover, as well as support the expansion of provision and new opportunities that arise throughout the academic year.
