If you have a passion for developing future engineering talent and hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, we would love to hear from you.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, training and assessment across a range of engineering programmes, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required by today''s engineering sector.Key responsibilities include:Delivering engaging and practical lessons in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.Planning and preparing learning materials, schemes of work and lesson plans.Assessing learner progress and providing timely feedback.Supporting learners to achieve their full potential.Maintaining accurate records in line with awarding body and organisational requirements.Embedding current industry practices and standards into teaching delivery.Supporting apprenticeship and employer engagement activities where required.Ensuring safe working practices within engineering workshops and learning environments.Contributing to quality improvement and curriculum development activities.About ..... full job details .....
