Lecturer in Maths – Full Time and Part Time Available [Ref: WD9723]

£27,785 - £43,325 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)

Up to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (full time and part time available)

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Maths Lecturers to join our vibrant team at Northbrook College, West Durrington campus.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping learners’ futures—delivering engaging and effective teaching to a diverse group of students. You will guide them on their journey to success, supporting them academically and personally every step of the way.

We are recruiting for both full time and part time roles, so please state in your application your preference.

What you will be doing:

  • Inspiring students through dynamic teaching of GCSE Maths and Functional Skills.
  • Planning and delivering innovative lessons tailored to a wide range of learning needs.
  • Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality course administration.

What we are looking for:

  • A Level 5/6 academic or professional qualification in a relevant subject area.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a commitment to obtaining one).
  • Experience teaching GCSE Maths.
  • Strong curriculum planning skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse cohort.
  • Proven communication and IT skills.
