      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lecturer - Inclusive Learning Lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning department at Southall campus. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Inclusive Learning programmes, supporting learners to achieve their full potential. The role involves classroom and workshop-based delivery, learner support, assessment, and contribution to curriculum development, ensuring provision remains industry-relevant and aligned with awarding body requirements. Where appropriate, you may also take responsibility for leading a study programme or course, including curriculum design, quality assurance and learner outcomes.  The ideal candidate will:  Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching, learning and assessment across Inclusive Learning programmes, adapting delivery to meet individual learner needs and EHCP outcomes. Prepare differentiated lesson plans, schemes of work and accessible teaching materials that promote independence, communication, English, Maths and employability skills.
