Lecturer in HND Construction Management - Leeds

The role: We are currently seeking a Lecturer to teach on our HND Construction Management programme. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends. Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What you''ll be doing: As a Lecturer in Construction Management, you will deliver modules related to the principles and practices of construction management, including the legal, environmental and technological context of today''s construction industry. You will develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment of students and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices. Responsibilities include: All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties Understanding and keeping up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices Working towards a range of clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and student progression About you: You will hold a Master''s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable) You will have previous UK HE teaching ..... full job details .....
