What You Will Do Inspire Learners: Deliver outstanding teaching across Levels 1 to 5 in Health and Social Care. Bring Learning to Life: Combine practical, theoretical, and digital methods to engage students. Drive Success: Set SMART targets, track progress, and motivate students to reach their full potential. Build the Future: Create creative learning resources and collaborate with a motivated team. You will play an important role in developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and will be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of learner progress to promote positive outcomes for learners. Candidates should be an effective and motivated team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
