This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered to all learners including NEET and High Needs Students.  What are we looking for?   With a relevant Level 4 or above qualification and a recognised teaching qualification, you will have successful experience of delivering qualifications at foundation level. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire students and to develop innovative teaching materials.
