The postholder will plan, deliver and assess GCSE English lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements, supporting learners to progress and achieve their English qualification. You will create engaging, inclusive learning experiences, track and report on learner progress, and contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance activities. The role involves working collaboratively within the English team to support learner attendance, retention and achievement, while ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
