Key Responsibilities Deliver and assess Fabrication and Welding programmes in line with curriculum requirements. Plan and prepare engaging lessons and practical learning activities. Monitor student progress and provide academic and pastoral support. Prepare learners for progression into employment, apprenticeships, or higher-level study. Set and review learner targets through electronic individual learning programmes (eILPs). Support work experience and employability initiatives.
