We''re working with a fantastic provider of education in Gloucester to find a dedicated Lecturer in Early Years to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis.

As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures and workshops to students
• Supporting and assessing students'' progress, ensuring they''re on track to succeed
• Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
• Providing pastoral support to students and acting as a personal tutor
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

To be successful as a Lecturer in Early Years, you will:

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, DTTLS).
• Experience teaching Early Years at Level 3 and above
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and relevant educational frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for Early Years education and helping students reach their full potential

We are offering an hourly rate of -33.00. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position and is expected to last at least 2 months, however, possibility to be extended.
