Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-3 and elements of HE Art and Design. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach, you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential. You will be responsible for the success of students and providing an enriched curriculum, monitoring student progress and ensure timely completion and achievement. This will include recruitment, providing advice and guidance to students on their progression routes, and developing industry links that provide them with enrichment and work experience. You will Hold a degree in Art and Design (or a related discipline). Hold a teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed) or a willingness to work towards one.
