A key aspect of the role is to act as an effective personal and academic tutor, particularly for learners aged 16-18, through structured pastoral support, aspiration-raising activities and enrichment opportunities that enhance cultural capital.As our Lecturer, you''ll hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in a suitable subject, alongside a recognised teaching qualification and excellent ESOL teaching skills across all levels. You will be confident in working effectively with both adult and teenage learners.
