Lecturer Engage (Electively Home Educated) Programmes Location: Dearne Valley Campus, Rotherham Salary: £17,911 (Unqualified) or £20,363 (Qualified) pro-rata per year + benefits Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part time (22.5 hours each week, all year round) Closing Date: 08th of June 2026 About the Role Are you a passionate, resilient, and student-centred educator looking to make a meaningful difference? The RNN Group is seeking a dynamic Lecturer to join our Inclusive Curriculum team, primarily delivering within the Engage provision. The Engage programme is a specialized Electively Home Educated (EHE) initiative designed to support young people who have experienced disrupted education or been home-schooled. In this role, you will help these learners re-engage with education, rebuild their confidence, and prepare for post-16 vocational study pathways across our campuses. Beyond the core Engage provision, you will also contribute to our wider Inclusive Curriculum, including FLEX and Project-Based Learning (PBL) programmes. These initiatives specifically support learners with SEND, SEMH needs, or other significant barriers to education through skilled, trauma-informed, and restorative practices. You will have Experience teaching or working with learners, EHE students, or alternative education provisions. Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH needs, or complex barriers to learning.
