An established education and training provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Lecturer to deliver engaging, industry-focused teaching to learners across a range of electrical installation programmes. The successful candidate will help develop the next generation of skilled professionals by delivering high-quality teaching, assessing learner progress, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.Key Responsibilities:Deliver classroom, workshop and practical electrical training to full-time, part-time and adult learners.Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements.Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback and monitor progress towards qualifications.Act as a personal tutor, supporting learner attendance, wellbeing and academic achievement.Maintain accurate learner records, assessment documentation and course administration.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of electrical programmes to meet current industry standards.Support learner recruitment ..... full job details .....
