Blackstone Recruitment are working with a specialist Further Education college based in Bromley who are looking to recruit a Lecturer to join them from September on, initially a temporary contract with the view of transfering to permanent employment. The college is a further education college for young people who have a range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated behavioural needs as well as Severe Learning Disabilities and Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (with associated complex physical needs). We are looking for: As an experienced college lecturer, you can deliver the individualised programmes of study that will enable our students to lead purposeful and enriched lives on leaving the college. You have a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice as well as having demonstrated effective leadership within your classroom.
