In this dual-focused role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications, while also training, assessing, and monitoring Work-Based Learning (WBL) students and Apprentices within the workplace to ensure occupational competence. Key ResponsibilitiesTeach and deliver engaging sessions across Level 1 to Level 3 courses, including T Levels (Early Years Educator and Assisting Teaching pathways). Assess WBL learners and Apprentices in the workplace against national standards. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track achievement across full study programmes.
