      <description>Location: New Malden | Salary: &amp;pound;36000 - &amp;pound;48000/annum | Type: Permanent | PMLD Specialist Lecturer - New Malden   We are working alongside an Outstanding Specialist College (Ofsted, November 2019) in New Malden offering life-changing learning opportunities to young people and adults with a range of special education needs and/or disabilities.  Students who study with the college have a wide range of needs including profound and multiple learning disabilities, communication and behavioural difficulties and specific medical needs. All students are individual and their learning programme is designed to support and empower them to achieve their aspirations and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their community.  We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer, who specialises in PMLD, to join our dedicated and welcoming team. As a Lecturer, you will plan differentiated work to meet the needs of individuals and groups promoting progression and quality of learning by having clear intentions for our students learning.
