This is initially a three-month role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Beverley. The role involves supporting care leavers as they transition to adulthood and develop the skills needed for independent living. Overview: The successful candidate will support young people aged 16 to 25 as they prepare for adulthood and independent living. This will involve building positive relationships, developing pathway plans, and providing practical guidance around accommodation, tenancy management and setting up home. The role will also involve advocating for young people, working with partner agencies, promoting health and well-being, and supporting access to relevant services and financial advice.
