Leaving Care Personal Advisor, Leaving Care Team, Blackburn CouncilPay rate to £25.44 per hourContract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor to work in a Team in Blackburn Council.We are looking for two experienced Personal Advisers to join our Leaving Care team, supporting care-experienced young people aged 16-25 as they transition into independent adulthood.
