The Role Working from our client''s engineering facility in Witham, you will be responsible for ensuring luxury leather products are manufactured and finished to the highest standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities Ensure all products meet design specifications, tolerances, and exacting customer quality standards. Carry out rework and repairs on components where required. Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to achieve exceptional product finishes. Adapt quickly to changing production requirements and priorities. Maintain a professional, positive, and proactive approach at all times. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. Follow production schedules to ensure deadlines are met efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
