Key Responsibilities Manage inbound enquiries and proactively engage with prospective residents via phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels. Guide customers through the entire leasing journey, from initial enquiry to move-in. Maintain property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and well presented. Manage leads and applications through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
