About the role As a Leasehold Officer, you will be responsible for providing Fairhive''s leasehold management service, ensuring that all legal and regulatory obligations are met while delivering a positive experience for leaseholders and shared ownership customers. You will act as the first point of contact for a wide range of leasehold matters, including assignments, communal repairs, permissions, lease extensions and shared ownership enquiries. The role offers excellent variety and will see you managing statutory sales processes under Right to Buy and Right to Acquire legislation, supporting the management of Fairhive''s commercial portfolio, overseeing the recovery of service charges and other associated costs, and helping to resolve breaches of lease agreements. You will also work closely with colleagues across the business, contractors and customers to ensure effective service delivery while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
