This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of leasehold and privately rented properties. Build positive relationships with leaseholders, shared owners and private tenants. Set and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure. Coordinate repairs, maintenance and insurance claims. Carry out regular property and scheme inspections, including health and safety checks. Manage void properties, oversee refurbishment works and liaise with letting agents. Support the management of tenancies, sign-ups and property terminations. Process Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Shared Ownership applications. Manage lease extensions, staircasing, assignments and other home ownership transactions. Deliver Section 20 consultation processes for major works. Maintain accurate records and produce reports using housing management systems.
