This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a specialist Leasehold Unit, supporting the delivery of leasehold services, service charge administration and income collection. Key Duties Assist with the calculation of service charges, including General Service Charges and Planned Scheme/Improvement Works. Prepare service charge account information for leaseholders and their representatives.
