Leasehold Officer - Band 4 Location: Belfast Salary: £14.35 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Duration: Temporary, Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Application Deadline: 5:00pm, Friday 28 August 2026 Apple Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer (Band 4) on behalf of a public-sector housing organisation based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a specialist Leasehold Unit, supporting the delivery of leasehold services, service charge administration and income collection. Key Duties Assist with the calculation of service charges, including General Service Charges and Planned Scheme/Improvement Works. Prepare service charge account information for leaseholders and their representatives. Deal with leasehold customer queries relating to service delivery, taking ownership of enquiries and following issues through to completion. Apply income collection procedures for the recovery of monies and implement arrears recovery procedures. Liaise with other departments and business units to ensure correct charging and billing information. Analyse information from various systems and sources. Update and administer leasehold charging and collection systems. Work collaboratively with other teams to support income collection objectives.
