Leasehold / Neighbourhood Officer - NorwichNorwich, Norfolk 19.00 per hour PAYE / circa 24.50 per hour Umbrella / 37 hours per week 3 months initially Potential Temp-to-PermYour new companyHays is working in partnership with an established housing provider in Norwich to recruit an experienced Leasehold / Neighbourhood Officer.This is an initial 3-month temporary position with the potential for extension and the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.Your new roleYou will provide a comprehensive housing management service specifically supporting leaseholders and shared owners, acting as a key point of contact for residents while managing your own varied caseload.Your responsibilities will include:Managing leasehold and neighbourhood casesProviding advice and guidance to leaseholders and shared ownersCarrying out estate inspections, home visits and property visitsManaging anti-social behaviour cases and breaches of leaseInvestigating and resolving resident complaints and complex enquiriesManaging Section 20 consultations relating to major worksProcessing applications for landlord consent and permissionsEnsuring residents understand their rights and responsibilities under their leaseWorking alongside service charge and asset management teamsLiaising with contractors and other internal and external stakeholdersSupporting planned maintenance and improvement worksSupporting resident engagement and service improvementsTaking appropriate enforcement action where ..... full job details .....
