Leasehold Consultation and Billing Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Leasehold Consultation and Billing Manager to be part of a dedicated team within the London Borough of Hackney''s Homeownership Service. This pivotal role is central to ensuring the effective and compliant management of Hackney''s leasehold services, with a direct impact on the residents and financial health of the borough.As the Leasehold Consultation and Billing Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of major works charges, overseeing approximately 4 million in revenue. Your expertise will be crucial in the professional execution of statutory Section 20 consultations and the service of Section 20B notices.We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to not only manage the day-to-day operations of the team but also to drive continuous improvement.
