Job Title: Leasehold Asset Services Manager Contract Type: Secondment or fixed term contract for 6 monthsSalary: £56593.87 per annum (£61478.49 per annum is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)Working Hours: 35 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, HybridLocation: Speke, Liverpool We have an immediate short-term opportunity within the Homeownership Asset Strategy and Delivery team to provide temporary cover for a key operational and service delivery role. This opportunity is intended as a 6 month secondment/fixed term contract to support continuity of service.
